Screenshots with an iphone background

Hey guys

Have u seen screenshots of apps having an iphone in the background? As it looks like it is an iphone beeing taking a picture of? like this: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cant-touch-this-photos-videos/id486422030?mt=8
Is it an app or something that you do it?

    With Your Developer Account Apple Provides art work like that you can add your screen shots too. I believe it is in the dev center under marketing materials.
