Photo Editing

I have not got alot of money and I was wondering if there are any good FREE/cheap Photo editing softwares that are good to make good images.

    Hi there,

    GIMP and Inkscape are good FREE programs that should get you started.

    as you are new to graphic design Seashore
    is FREE … is Mac only … has excellent guide for beginners …
    and the easiest program for learning the skills you will need in Gimp/Inkscape and the higher priced imageEditors
