Can in-app-purchases be carried over

Hi guys,

I have a question, can in-app-purchases be carried over to the new version of your game? I mean, for instance, what if I ask a player to 'support a developer' in the end of my game and want to give them some sort of extra features in the next version if they bought this non-consumable... can this be done?
So I would save an attribute, a boolean, and... will it be available for players who updated the game? So in this case I would load the attribute in the beginning, and if it's true (meaning that players did buy that in-app-purchase before) they'd get extra stuff.

Yes no maybe?

    yes though what you plan to do sounds shaddy to me. As long as you dont change the attrbiute key that loads or something like that it will keep it when you update it.

    or use the IAP retrieve method to get toggle that attribute in your updated version.
