I have scene of 2000x 2000. I want to be able to DRAG the camera around. So you pull it in the direction you want.

you can make an actor with an alpha of 0, so you cant see it.

When touch is pressed constrain self position x to mouse position x and self position y to mouse position y, so you can drag it around

then just put the control camera behavior in it.

How wide should the cam be?

Don't make multiple threads on the same subject. Forum posts are slow by nature, so you'll have to be patient for answers. You should watch all of Tshirt's vids on Game Salad Cookbook (youtube) and gshelper.com.

As per to your specific question, this video should help.

That didn't help at all. I don't think you understand. I need to be able to drag the screen to move the camera around.
