What are your GS plans for 2012? :)

Hey :D

I wanted to start a positive discussion thread as the confusion with my 24 hour challenge has kinda got me down. :/ lol

So what's everyone up to? Brain storming? Marketing? Business building? re learning? studying? saving to have time off and do more GS?
Anything... Please Discuss :D

Example @Tshirtbooth hopes to make one solid game every month. That's pretty good :D

    @ozboybrian ... I'm hoping to get 3-4 games out in the next 3 months or so (I have two 50% done) .. using them as a learning experience to get most of the features of GS down. Just want to build a little portfolio of games so I can build some momentum, eventually get PRO and then take some time to build a game with my son ... he's 12 so of course his dream game is some complicated platformer that sounds a lot like Mario Galaxy2 :D yikes .. how about you?

    @redsky - Good stuff mate. Marketing is important! :)

    I'm working on a really artistic simple/complex game jam packed with all sorts of goodies. It should be my very first game! Making a good first impression.
    I'm always working on Marketing weather it be social media or anything else. Always get Quotes!
    Got two other Games in the works. I have two artists working on them separately. One is the very first game I tried making over a year ago. It's worth finishing and the other is something people have wanted in an RPG for over 10 years. I think it'll make me an easy million. The code for that starts mid-late this year.

    When my debts are paid off in July/August i'll be investing hundreds of Dollars into GS projects every WEEK.
    I'm going all out. If nothing works well at least I can't say I didn't try. ^_^

    I'll be finishing my new game, Wizard Smash, as well as getting around 4 more games out by the end of the year. Of course, this is what I hope for, but it doesn't mean that I will get it all done.

    Wizard Smash will be targeted at the Kindle Fire, then moved into the iOS store. :P

    Finish my TOTB4 entry.
    Continuing to work on 13 unfinished projects.
    Write down about 5 top 1 overall app ideas per month and getting drunk to forget the fact that I will never have the time/resources/skills to bring them to life.
    Don't get fired on my day job.

    Release big sci-fi game 'Star Serum' that i've been working on for what feels like an eternity now ... Hopefully be released within a month.
    Then i've got a further 3 games I'm working on currently as well so will look to get them released as and when they are ready.
    I also have another game that i started last year that needs to be released for summer really!

    Hopefully try not to get too distracted on the way and start another bunch of games!

    1) Reaching 1M downloads for all my games.. (~200,000 downloads left)
    2) Finishing up my huge RPG game!
    3) Maybe be a sous chef .. ?! B-)

    1. Finish and submit audio invaders (submitted last night)
    2. Market it a bit
    3. Do a few updates based on feedback
    4. Tackle my dark asylum game again as I'm sure it could be a real winner. If I do it that will probably be me set for the year.
    5. Got 2 other game ideas I'd love to do.
    6. Run another bigger and better totb contest.
    7. Earn enough to spend a long summer down by the coast and a spot of rubbish surfing.. In between late Gamesalad evenings.
    8. Make a beautiful game. Perfect design layout, perfectly tiered gameplay, unique, cute, funny, scary, clever, hard but intuitive.

    I'd love to do what t-shirt is. But its not feasible at the moment.

    1) marketing my Championship Mini Golf game that will be out next week.
    2.) make some improvements on my 2 previous games I made.
    3.) take my time and make at least one more quality game by the end of the year.

    In between starting to study my ass off for my A levels,

    1. Finish, Release and Promote UP
    2. Start and finish my other game idea.
    3. Interrail around europe in the summer ;)
    4. If I don't get the needed results (A*AA bloody ridiculous) then focus on GS next year and take a completely new course in college.
