Promotional Codes: a couple of questions...

Thanks, @Braydon and Henry ( @redsky ) for pointing me in the right direction to find the promotional codes for my first app; right under my nose all the time!
Two questions about promo codes: firstly, it says to enter a number up to 50; if I asked for, say, 25, can I go back to Promotional Codes and still ask for the other 25 at a later date?
Also, it says "They are for non-commercial use..."; does this mean that I shouldn't, strictly speaking, send them to review sites (as this is part of marketing the app, which is commercial, of course). Or do Apple expect that to happen and they just mean that you can't sell the promo codes? (Which is something I'd never do, of course as well).
Any answers appreciated, thanks.

Do you know the answers to my 2 questions please?
1. Yes - you get 50 with every update/version of an app but as they only last for four weeks from the date of generation you should only create them when they are needed. I'm not 100% sure about getting the rest if you request less than 50 but logic says yes otherwise why ask for a number required ?
2. "Promotional codes are codes that you can use for promotional purposes to provide interested parties with a free copy of your application."

P.S as to if we can go back to get more if we ask for less than 50, I'll do a test in a minute - ask for 49 (I might as well) - and see if the last one is still available for later. I'll report back the result!
