do you have to pay to make an iphone publish account? If so how much?

    You need a developer account with Apple. The developer account is $99 a year.

    You need to register with Apple as a developer in order to publish. Costs 99 USD annually.

    Edit: SlickZero, you've got to stop saying things I say in a more concise way that posts 1 minute before my posts all the time ;p

    Yes you do. To make a Apple Developer account you can head over to http://developer.apple.com and make a new account. There are 3 kinds of Developer Accounts you can choose from, Safari, Mac, or iPhone/iTouch/iPad. If your looking into the iDevice account this will cost you $99/year, unless if your starting your business with other people than just you it would be $299/year... Hope this helps!
