Actor Size Not Changing

Hi everyone!
I've been dealing with this issue for over a month know and i'm hoping that you guys could help me out! So this is whats going on, I bought the Fast Ball template off of gamesalad.com, and its in my gamesalad app and everything is right there. BUT, in the template they use a ball and im changing it to a car but no matter what i do i cant make the car bigger! Please help me out as soon as possible...

    And also!!! Is there anyway to copy scenes from one project into another? Thanks!

    The actor will only be as big as the one you have onscreen when you replace an image. You need to re-size it onscreen by hand.

    Outside of tediously adding a scene from one project to another by hand, the only other option to copy one project into another is to use Deep Blues Project Merger. Great little tool.

    And how do i re-size the actor size by hand??

    You can either double click it on the stage, and on the left in the attributes column, change it's dimensions. Or you can click it on the stage, and drag it out from one of the 8 little circles in the bounding box. You need to keep it symmetrical so it doesn't warp the image from it's original shape. Hold down the shift key when you drag it out. And don't go beyond the images original dimensions, or it will look bad and pixelated.
