Previewing A Scene Problem

Hi all, I got a problem. I got an actor that goes up and down the X Axis, a Spawner (To Spawn the actor that goes up and down) and a Destroyer to destroy the spawned actor. The actor that goes up and down the X axis also can be dragged around the screen when touched. The problem is that when in Preview, if I change the screen size to 100%, I could not drag the actor that goes up and down the X axis, but when I change it to 50% I can drag it. Is this a glitch or a problem? Please Help :D

    Never heard of this problem before , maybe its a bug.. any chance for a video demonstration?
