Playhaven Ad on boot up even if you have a pro membership?

Is there really a playheaven ad on the pro gamesalad bootup?

    I just bought the pro version of gamesalad but my game that I started building in the standard version still has the playhaven ad. Is there a way to shut it off?

    Do I have to sign up for monetization to have the option to shut off the ad? Right now my services tab only has the option to sign up to monetization.

    When you publish make a new game not update. The ad will go away.
