Creating log in, making order, and submiting (ultra noob)

Well, first of all I would like to say thanks in advanced. This is my 1st attempt at making an app and I'm sure it will be quite the learning experience.

What I am trying to do is make it so customers can order material via the IPAD. Our company sells Roofing, Siding and Gutter materials to contractors.

I essentially want them to register/log in, pick the type of material of material (IE Roofing) then take them to an ordering page. From the ordering page it would look somewhat like this PHP script that I have for online quotes (http://buildersroofing.com/landmarkform.html). Unlike the PHP which is just used for quoting I want them to get an actual real time cost.

I have watched a few videos of creating random games but I have not found a good guide for what I am trying to do. If anyone has a tutorial or guide on for what I am looking for that would be truly helpful.

Thanks again,
Noobie

I don't think Gamesald is going to do what you want. You can't request info from servers in GS other than Apple Leaderboards and Apple IAP. Sounds like you need a programer. What you could do is display your products and then link people to do business through your website and have your website mobile app friendly.

Sounds like you need a web app like FBS says. ModelBaker or FormEntry might do it for you http://www.widgetpress.com/ if you want a more native approach.
