like let say you are a expert with both software, assuming you can make angry birds 100.% perfect with gamesalad, how long for one person will take to make that game in xcode and then in gamesalad?

Everyones differnt. IT depends on your skill level how much time you can devote to it and ect. Quite a bit longer then to do it in gamesalad obviously though. You can have it completly finished in gamesalad before you would even have a running prototype in xcode most likely.

try this: invest 1 month each , in GS and Xcode, to make just ONE level of angry birds. See what you come up with at the end.

spoiler: without the proper knowledge of using a game engine in xcode, you'll hit a roadblock.

Spoiler: buy the angry birds template, then customize it.

Yeah, you did and John clearly gave you the answer:

GameSalad is infinitely quicker to get a game completed but there are some limitations. Xcode is slower but fewer limitations.
