Best way to get game music (I have no idea)

What is the best way to make music to your game? Is it garageband everyone use? or do you download them from websites? What I been doing so far is to take loops from garageband and put them together to one to song, but i think thats not the ideal way to make game music. Is there a good program for creating game music for mac? I have really no idea. So can someone please tell how you get your game music for your games. And there seems to be no good game music websites out there on the net. And I don't either want to pay for the music if thats possible.

Thats all I have to say. I would be glad for an answer. :)

I use Garageband to make music and sound effects for my games, and I make them for other peoples games as well. So if you have any musical abilities, Garageband is the way to go in my opinion. Take a look at these videos in the Audio Production Tutorials, they may help you with Garageband.

There are tons of sites for music, including the Marketplace here at GameSalad, but they all cost money. Some sites have free music, but I don't know where they are since I don't use them.

    Hi gameARN,
I am also willing to make music for your game, but I am not doing it for free anymore.
There are stock music website's like audiojungle.net and of course the gamesalad marketplace.
But also here you have to pay for the music.
    I hope this helps!

Using royalty free music form download libraries is a very viable option. Libraries like http://rocksuresoundz.com also have sound effects as well as music that you may find useful in your games too.
If you have musical abilities you could make your own music using Garageband or other progams as mentioned previously, but if that is not your strength then I would suggest that you audition music on royalty-free sites till you find tracks that suit what you are looking for.

Hello there guys. Thank you all for your help. I liked icompetech.com like @Markontheiron said.
But I want now to make some tracks myself now using garageband. Can someone give me a good guide or something for how to make game music. Im horrible at playing instruments even if I can playing a little bit guitar. So I think I want to do it whit loops or something. Are you guys here making it with loops? Can someone tell me how to do?
