3rd one has the best color theory in my opinion. Second one has a great layout, but the dark red is a little offsetting from the rest of the image.
Great artwork, though. All of them.

I like the first one best! The blue background has a nice contrast with the yellow letters.

1 is my fave... but does not leave any room for the 'play' button that two has...
Do they all need the play button? if not then 1 is my choice.

I like the first one makes the time stamps show up in the background plus I enjoy blue.

Number 1. Also the curved clock hands are best.

I like #1, it reminds me of Timmy from the fairly oddparents!
also, nice use of complementary colors with the darker blue, and ligher orange text.

My initial thought was to go with number 3, but after looking at them a little longer I'm going to have to go with number 1. The logo in number 1 seems to pop a little more and is more polished overall. Great work!

#1 This one. Much better contrast.
#3 is nice, but its just too much orange. Maybe useful as packaging if it was for orange soda or a dishwashing detergent.
)
orange and blue....pretty much sums up the colors on every movie poster in the last couple years.

YES, #1 or #3, just depends if you like blue or orange better.

#1 - even though I am not keen on the character design or his 'sickly green' skin colour

Good call on the skin-tone border color, SpriteAttack, will make sure to fix that
