MY PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I TRY TO PUBLISH MY GAME I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE "IPHONE PUBLISHING REQUIRES THE IPHONE SDK. ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE LATEST IPHONE SDK INSTALLED"

well the problem with that is that i DO have the latest version of iPhone SDK installed! i tried to downgrade to the code 3.2 but i have lion 10.7 so i cannot even do this... another thing is that the Xcode is installed on my hard drive so that shouldn't be the solution to the problem AND i downloaded all the items that were supposed to be downloaded in the Xcode "download" file!

IM GETTING SUPER IRRITATED! and i have no idea what else there is to do... i went through the forums, google, youtube and any other possible avenues that you can think of!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I HAVE NO RESOLVE FOR THIS SITUATION.!

When you open Xcode, what is the version in about Xcode?

OK. So I don't want to downgrade XCode. Do you think this is going to get fixed in GamaSalad as a .release?

The fix is due in the next release

Sorry to keep on, but when is said next release due? I've got a few to do, and if it's going to be a matter of days then I'll hang on rather than have the hassle of downgrading?

OK so I have the update, I have Xcode 4.3 and 4.2 for Lion and I get the same error. I really need to publish a game. How do I do it?
  • mbrownmbdmbrownmbd Member Posts: 3
OK. Multiple reistalls later it is working. I have both 4.3 and 4.2 Xcode running and it all seems in order. I know stuff happens like this, but it is frustrating. I am really glad to have this forum and the help. Thanks!
