Services! Kiip and Playhaven!

I got 2 questions!

1: After the latest update I noticed that I was unable to use Kiip and Playhaven! The services section says No selection! I have double checked they are enabled, and I am logged in. Just me having this problem?

2: How do I check the revenue from Kiip and Playhaven? Do we get this on mail or do we log in somewhere? And how often do they pay us?:)

    Username:GSUSerplstudio
    Password: APRIL FOOLS :D :D

    Gs will send you monthly reports, you can't check any other way

    I see the same thing (I just signed up after the price change this week). I was thinking that it might take a few days for the tax ID information to clear.

    I too am only seeing No Selection under services. I thought maybe it was because i just renewed my pro membership but that was yesterday.

    Contact GameSalad through the link posted by LeonardDeveloper.

    Also with GameSalad open and logged in click about GameSalad in the menu bar. it will tell you if you are under pro or not. Thats something GS will need to know just in case there is an issue with pro overall or just your accounts.

    I have the exact same issue with the services tab. I have tried to disable and re-enable both Kiip and Playhaven from GS website and tried logging in and out of creator but still nothing. I assume this will be addressed tomorrow once staff is back in the office. I contacted support.
