Abuse from a GameSalad user!, How did they get my Private email? **PLease help**

Dear All Readers,
I didn't want to report to support as its not really creator related, I don't even know how they got my email... i know who did it....
I really would like a response fast from one of the community managers....
My private email is the one that I used for my game salad profile.. i never told anyone it, I only use it for family & Colleagues...
I don't know whether I should attach the screenshot of the email here or not..
What should I do? @saladstraightshooter ?
I didn't think I was going to get spammed by just being on the forums,

    Don't put the screenshot up or name the person publicly but maybe @SaladStraightShooter can shed some light on what to do as this community is built on good will and abuse is unacceptable.

    Closed it for you buddy.

    Be careful giving your personal details out online. I openly give my hello@mynameisace.com email out to people and only really get GS questions off people.

    There was an incident about a year ago where somebody was pretending to be tshirtbooth and sending threatening emails and I got a personal attack one of those, but that's about it.

    Bottom line: People suck and people are mean.

    Ive got one of these before.. a lot of people have gotten these but how are they getting our emails?

    @LeonardDeveloper - you'll have to be a bit more specific regarding the abuse. I believe you have my contact email. Send me a screenshot and any other pertinent details.

    It should be noted for a time that you included your email in posts prior to the signature system being made available. (if I remember correctly).

    The person who signed the email is not the sender, I have confirmed that by talking to the user and gathered some info as well...

    However... That was a hole year ago.. it still seems strange that they would be able to get it and send me an email just yesterday..

    Be seriously why is this an issue for the forums or even to be concerned about? It's email not a gun to your face on te street. Mark as spam and move on with life.

    Yeh gotta agree, if you ignore it then it'll stop, if the user see's this then they're going to carry on knowing you made a thing of it

    No its not that, I was curious as to how they got my email... And this has happened not only once but a couple of times... I was just pissed off..
    @beefy_clyro yeah I suppose... Well i suppose the best thing to do then is get rid of this..
    Can @saladstraightshooter or a sous please close/delete this thread...
