what're your strategies for launch day?

here's what i *think might work:

- set the App Store release date to automatic
- set up customized website with trailer video
- constantly check the major app stores to see if the app has been released ( or let iTunes connect notify me when it's live )
- tell all friends and family
- tell iOS game fans via social media and game forums

anything i missed/should be doing?

Release a lite version once the full version drops out of the newly released area and new & noteworthy. This will really help paid sales.

Also making a good app wouldn't hurt :D

If u have the free version of gs perhaps. But for pros is better to release one app with in app purchasing the extra levels and what not. This way it's also good for the consumer. They only have to download one app and since the app is free to being with, chances are it will get a lot of downloads. Thus moving up in the list. .
