display text with tables

in the tshirtbooth video for tables it show how to make random, but he resets it from the reset in the top- I have made it that way in my app as a reset seven and it gives me a different selection each time, is there a different way of doing this ?

    You just need to change the cell your display text is looking at

    What are you looking to do? Pull random text from a table but save the sequence so you can display the same "random" table entries again?

    well i want to pull the text and then stay on the same scene and hit a button to pull the next 1 in the table or a random 1 from the table
