Adding & Testing iPad-Can not transfer (any) Apps to iPad-Help

Spent the last two hours on this and getting upset.
My wife got an iPad. I added her device and UDID and edited the Provisioning Profile for the adhoc.
Everything looks fine. Got her iPad hooked up to my Mac but I can not transfer ANY Apps in iTunes
to her iPad. Not just the GS app I build. I tried to move an App I previously bought...nothing. I can, however, transfer
any of my songs onto her iPad no problem.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    make sure you downloaded the new provisioning, and published the game again ..
    make sure you have the latest xcode (with LION OSX)

    Brendan I think I got everything set right cause it all works with my iPhone. My wifes iPad is recognized in iTunes and her iPad shows that the profile is installed.
    And I tried to transfer regular purchased Apps as well and they also will NOT transfer. Yet Music does.

    hm
    -make sure you have gone into xcode with the ipad, nbecause you need to set the ipad to "use for developement"

    -make sure the apps you are trying to transfer are actually used for ipad aswell ..

    if they don't work, then I don't know what is wrong!

    Brendan I think I found it. I have xcode 4.2 and no Lion and she has iOS 5.1 installed.
    Not sure if I want to update to Lion. I think there are still a lot of problems with GS. Not sure.
