Playhaven Kiip !! Whats the real deal ?

Ok.. I went pro.. and am now finally getting done with a game..
I have questions.. since m plannin on a free game..

1. Whats better.. iAds / Kiip / Playhaven?

2. How to get info on the revenue.. I mean.. who pays whom.. and how much and how?

3. M new to pro.. so.. the Kiip/Playhaven tabs in settings..shud click.. shud they?

    1. Probably a mixture of iAds and PH
    2. iAds: you will receive revenue from Apple, it should be 0.01$ for impression and 1$ for click through
    PH and Kiip: they will send payments to GS and GS will then forward the to you after a 30% cut (not 100% sure about the cut part)
    3. For K/PH you will have to click on the link in their GS tab and register through them.

    However read the cookbook tutorials for better answers.

    I read somewhere that GameSalad doesn't take any cut if you are a pro member, but I'm not sure.
