Sorry to be pushy, and the Windows announcement is great and all, but the retina goodness of 0.9.93 is much needed.

    It was mentioned that there may be a few other additions... Is JOINTS one of them? Or will we have to wait for the Lua drop?

    0.9.93 is tentatively due this week - though I can't verify exactly when that shoe will drop. ;)

    Just google 0.9.93 and you will see some of the new videos that are on youtube for some of the new features..... commenting out etc

    @sebmacfly if i understood it right joints are there to connect different actors together. As example you make an actor called "car" and an actor called "wheel" and the with joints you can connect the wheels with the car without a constrain behavior or something.

    @KiwiLee Commenting out rules is already available on GS. What you saw probably are videos of a precedent release.

    @sebmacfly if i understood it right joints are there to connect different actors together. As example you make an actor called "car" and an actor called "wheel" and the with joints you can connect the wheels with the car without a constrain behavior or something.

    I think that GS decided long time ago about it, and there are few new Sous, and many new Line Cooks :P

    So excited. I stopped working on my projects a month or so ago because I really need writable tables. But I am also torn, a little. I am on vacation next week at Disneyworld, so will really enjoy spending much needed time with the family but damn will I also want to give the new version a go when it comes out. I'll just have to wait, cause the family comes first. But I'll probably get online to at least see what add'l features are included and what people are saying about it.

    If the performance improvements (Lua drop) aren't in this release its really going to hurt, I mean we've been hanging out for them since mentioned in the forums December last year! In my opinion there's nothing more important than getting the core engine running with smooth fps and quick load times... I really hope its not far away.

    I'm very excited about the writeable tables. Will this have any positive effect on memory management? Any chefs and line cooks can comment on this?
