Hey guys, just wondering if it's possible to drop shadows of moving objects? Basically I have an aircraft flying from one end to the other and I wanted it to drop shadows on the ground to give the gamer a sense of feeling that the aircraft is indeed in the sky.

make 2 real attributes call them airplaneX and airplaneY

In your airplane actor constrain airplaneX to self position x and constrain airplaneY to self position Y

make a shadow actor and constrain its self position x to the airplaneX and constrain its self position y to airplaneY- whatever offset you want

Do the aircraft collide with something? If not you can add the shadow directly on your actor's image with Photoshop, then you just have to resize the actor. No additional actors or constrains required :)
