adhoc publishing problem

sorry for repeating, but I just posted this in the wrong category. I am having trouble getting my adhoc onto my phone. error message says, "The app adhoc.app cannot be added to your iTunes library because and error occurred. An unknown error occured (-39)."
Does anyone know what this is all about? Any hints on how to fix it?

    thanks. i followed the suggestions on that thread to no avail. i actually wiped my phone clean and deleted the iphoto cache. same error. any other suggestions?

    it's now on my phone. i run bootcamp on my mac. i was working in mac, but saved the .app in a windows folder. once i switched it to a mac folder it was fine. silly mistake.
