Hey guys,

Last month, Frozen Finder was released for the iPhone. During the first two weeks after release, Apple featured it as N&N. Today, I'm happy to announce that Frozen Finder HD has been featured as N&N in America! I'm really excited about this! Hopefully this will boost the downloads.

By the way, its FREE to download! I would appreciate your support by downloading and leaving a nice review.

    So the downloads haven't been good, really. Only about 1,500 downloads so far: perhaps word games don't get as many downloads as other puzzle games. When Penguin Pounce was free, it would be getting 3,000+ a day.

    Frozen Finder HD has iAds, I wanted to see how they would preform revenue wise compared to the iPhone version. I've made about $1.50 a day but I am coming out with an update that destroys the iAd actor every 31 seconds then spawns a new one every 32 seconds. I did this so that after my impression,(30 seconds) the iAd isn't just sitting there for another 2 minutes.

    We'll see how that does.

    Apple automatically rotates the ads, don't worry

    @bazookaBen - I know they rotate the ads, I'm saying that I only get paid after 30 seconds of each ad. I don't need that ad to be there more than 30 seconds. :)

    I'm interested to see how this works.

    Alright guys, Frozen Finder HD has been out for a week now, so I'll give you an update.

    Downloads within a week: 486

    iAd Revenu: $6

    IAP Revenu: $1

    I am a little disappointed about the number of downloads, but I guess Word Games don't get downloaded as much.

    However, I don't think the revenu is bad for just under 500 downloads...

    iAd revenu : Just about $30

    I'm also noticing that since I have a link to my other games, they are getting a much better download rate, it's pretty cool!

    Not a problem, Max. Since the game is a word based game, the downloads haven't been as expected. If I had around 5,000 downloads a day (Which is what Penguin Pounce was getting while it was free), I'm sure those iAd numbers would be higher.
