scratch pad function?

Hey all,

I'm wanting to have a writing-recognition function in a new app I'm brainstorming. For example, the user writes directly on screen with their finger the number 7, and the the iPad recognizes the number. I pretty sure I haven't seen anything like this in GS yet but just wanted to double check .. am I wrong about that? Or does anyone know what other programs I could use to create this function??

    Thats pretty complicated and I am not sure GS will ever be able to do that.

    @Hapiapps - I thought that might be the case..

    I do enjoy using GS for many of my apps, but would like to see if there are other programs out there that could do the writing- recognition function...

    Anyone have any info on that?
