Is Toon Boom good for Animation and is it FREE to Download?

Hi

Please tell me is Toon Boom good for Animation and is it FREE to use any help regarding this ?

    This could be put on their forums I'd say - Ive never used toon boom but I here its good.... Don't think its free

    You can make animation with illustrator, Just keep moving the individual images and then; tie it up in flash, I do that

    Toon Boom may have a free trial, but it does cost money for the full version. And it is a awesome animation program. I use it sometimes, but for simple animations, I use Illustrator as well. I just set the positions, and export an image, re-arrange the positions, export an image again, and so on...

    I don't use Toon Boom myself, but know a few people that do.

    cartoonsmart.com was an early adopter and has great tutorials for using Toon Boom.

    Agreed - Toon Boom is very cool, and people sell images that you can buy. I think it's fairly expensive though.

    I bought toon boom but it wasn't as comfortable to use after illustrator and never ended up using it. I thought it would make animation easier but not unless you are very good with it.

    @LeonardDeveloper i have download it from internet but may that is trial what do you suggest me is PS good for animation or any other tool that is helpful?

    @Chobbiface is Anime Studio for MAC only or that is available for windows as well?
