Problem with countdown timer

Hi.
I´m working on a project where i want my countdown timer to start when i hit the start button.
I have used Tshirtbooth's tutorial on the link as a foundation.
Problem is. I don´t know how to trigger the hole thin with a button and how do you display minutes and seconds?

Instead of using the internal clock, use a new attribute for time and have a timer that adds 1 second every second after touch is pressed. Minutes and seconds are complicated.
