Interaction with actors help

I have an actor that i want to click on to move him to bottom of another actor, that will move and drop the original actor on a press. Any idea on how this could work out? I'm stumped.

    Not quite sure I understand you...
    its essentially a character getting chosen and he gets brought to the bottom of a rope and the rope will move on the x axis and at a certain point you can drop him to hit his target.
