Make sure it is not an AdHoc file....you should only submit actual finished files to Apple.

As the others have said, you need to make sure that you've created a distribution profile (as opposed to an AdHoc). To do this:

1). Go to the iOS developer portal and select Provisioning Portal
2). Click on Provisioning on the left side of the screen
    3). Select the "Distribution" tab
4). Select "New Profile" and make sure you select "App Store" at the top.
5). Download the certificate and install it on your Mac

GS will automatically create the ZIP file for you at the end of the publishing process; choose the "Publish" option and it will create the ZIP and launch the Application Loader.

The one i got is not a zip file. should i compress it into zip file?

    i have several questions:

is it only one certificate for one game? do i have to install another one?

I created an apple ID for adhoc for test, can i use that one for the one going to send to app store? Or i need to create a new apple ID?

what mistakes have you made when publishing your games to app store?

i am completely new to this. thanks you all

    1. You should compress it into a .zip
    2. Certificate or profile? There is only one certificate for all of your games that you distribute. There is one profile for each of your games though if thats what you mean.
    3. You need to make a new profile for distribution, the adhoc one cannot be used.
    4. Mistakes? I think a lot of different mistakes occur depending on how you do things. There are a lot threads open right now specifically about the publishing process and how to do it correctly though, so if you follow those you shouldn't have a problem.

    Cheers

I avoided mistakes by reading the iTunes connect developer guide.

You should read what I posted for you. It explains what you need to do. You cannot submit the adhoc for distribution, it's for testing only. You do not need to create another Apple ID, that makes no sense. You need to create a distribution profile and install it on your Mac, then publish in GS. GS will create the .ZIP for you, no need to manually make it.
