Need help with publishing

ok i created a very simple iPhone app thought i was doing everything write on iTunes connect it says waiting for upload how do i do it? help please quite simple as I'm a newbie

    Yeah this is a pretty easy solution. You are doing everything right, you must now go into GS and publish the app and upload via Application Loader.

    i tried it says like the application wrapper must end in bla bla bla??
