Can you collect user data on the selections made in game and send it to a database?

Is it possible to collect user data on the selections they make in a database?
For example...I want a running total of how many users of my app got a question right or wrong.

    You mean like setting it up to a custom server? I don't think so but custom servers would be very awesome.
