Art (number) problem

Hi guys. I have a problem I can't figure out.. pretty simple

I have a number and 0to 9 art for my custom font numbers but hone I put the numbers onto the scene, it is a coloured box?

Hope you know what I mean.. thanks

    hey just realised its one number.. why is this happening?

    Perhaps the misbehaving number has been saved as 8-bit instead of 24?
