Gamesalad stopped working, please help (windows)

Hi iv been making a game with gamesalad and it was getting heaps good, and now gamesalad wont work, i open gamesalad up it works all fine, but when i hit preview (test game) it says "gamesalad stopped working, windows is looking for a solution to the problem"
so i uninstalled gamesalad (like 5 times) and reinstalled it, i clicked repair, i even created a new project and still could not preview the game, please someone help me!

if anyone knows gamesalads email adress please post so i can email the problem to gamesalad! thanks

    @soundwaveninja - what version of Windows are you using? Your best bet may be to contact support to explain your issue.
    Im using windows 7,
    But the preview button (testgame) used to work, but now it doesnt, iv only had gamesalad for about 2 weeks, and its worked up untill now, and how do i contact gamesalad support?

    there is contact support link at the bottom of every page

    also, please do a windows update and make sure your pc is up to date
