Royalty free, commercial use help

Hey everyone I was wandering can I use royalty free art and commercial use art in paid games (putting game on AppStore paid)

    You can use royalty free, but you have to be careful and read the fine print, sometimes they have "conditions"

    If you don't own the commercial art, or have permission to use the commercial art, then you cannot use it in your project.

    Ok so basically I have to read the license in the royalty art and if it says I can use it i won't get sued or something

    Hmm it seems like this would have been the first place to look before posting questions to a bunch of non-lawyers.

    Many 'Royalty Free' sources are free for non-commercial use. Always check. Public Domain images are fine to use but still check the image is really in the public domain. If in doubt, don't use.
