Building an indie game studio - Year 1

OK, so first let me introduce our team,
We are three co-founders of an indie game studio – Remarkable Games.
We started our own business a year ago, with no external funding and the obvious intention to turn profitable in the near future (before we exhaust all our personal savings…)

    From your blog it doesn't look like you even used gamesalad, is that right?

    Yep, that's right we are also playing around with gamesalad to explore more options, but the SDK used is not really the main thing. We chose one platform you can choose anything else.

    Our lessons apply to anyone trying to start out a new company on a low budget..
