Problems in last minutes of publishing

Okay I have everything, I've clicked the "Publish" button, there is thinking and spinning and all good things happening until BAM it tells me that "The file couldn't be opened because it isn't in the right format. The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format." What does this mean?

    That file is corrupted ;) Open project, click Save As, and save it as a new file. Close GS, and open the NEW file. Publish.
