Is it possible to move certificates?

I'm thinking about getting a new macbook in a few weeks, and I was wondering if it is possible to move my dev certificates/provisioning profiles? (like onto an external hard-drive/ flash drive)

    You just revoke them and set them up again and redownload them from apple.

    So, can I also use the same keychain or will I have to make a new one?

    Simple export your current certs out of keychain. There are instructions on the Apple developer site on how to export your profiles to use on another computer.
