Could someone try publishing a mac app with 10.8?

It's been awhile since I've published with mac, so I had to recreate my certificates, and now I'm getting this error every time I try and publish a mac app using .9.94. Everything looks ok, but I am using 10.8 now, and that's the only thing I can think of.

Could someone try publishing on 10.8 and see if it works?

    just to make sure it;s not something I've done, I'm installing a 10.7 VM in parallels to test publishing in that. I don't think its a 10.8 thing as I'd expect people to run into the problem, but i just want some confirmation

    ok, I just spent a few hour setting up a 10.7 virtual in parallels, I exported my entire development certificates and profiles and imported them into 10.7, and I was able to publish & sign in .9.94

    I then reimported that same developerprofile back onto my 10.8 system and it failed again.

    it looks to me that .9.94 can not publish a mac app in 10.8 at all.
