Moving camera to initial position

Hello, I am a newbie in Game Salad and I am working on a project. I have a child throwing things to objects and smashes them. I was able to move the camera with the actor when thrown. What I wanted to do is to move the camera left or right with a swiping motion irregardless or where the main actor is. Can anyone help?

    Thanks Braydon. I checked the videos but that helps in the swipe action. The issue is how can I control the camera even when another actor is controlling it at the same time? I am actually using the cannon template and I tried most of the tutorials on moving the camera left or right but there is a problem. I noticed that the camera is fixed to the projectile so wherever the projectile is, even if I create a cam actor, it doesn't follow. One suggested to create a switching Attribute on both actors to share the camera when the mouse is pressed but I have no idea how to do that. Anybody please help!
