Problem with new web publishing

Hello,

I am having problems with the new web publishing system. I can't understand what i need to fill and what not. when i click generate (iPhone app) there are this errors:

what i am doing wrong??

    looks like there might be a server side issue. email support with that publish request id number.

    yes, it was a server issue. I just tried and now i signed my app :D

    mine it said "There is something wrong with our servers. Contact us and reference publish request [c83a2ce4-0c0f-4539-8038-7818e91f2643]."
