moving platform

Hey guy, i am trying to make a moving platform that goes up and down on the screen and the hero for my game gets on it, Every time the hero hit the platform it goes flying across the screen, i have tried constrain the x for the platform but no luck, any help would be great, thanks

    If you interpolate it, you can uncheck movable on the platform. That should work
