Publishing problem, please I need help...

Hey guys,

when publishing my game I always get this error:

"The internets are broken. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact us and reference publish request [b820deb2-272c-4ea2-bfeb-0cdca1264c23]."

My bundleID was correct. What is this causing? I tried it several times and always got this error... :/

    Sorry for making 2 threads, don't know how this could happen?
    Maybe someone can remove the second..thx

    Maybe this helps, I can only generate the app, the sign app function
    doesn't work. I guess it has to be generated before but not sure...
