Contact Support Not working!

Hello,
I am trying to see if anyone else is having this issue. I go to the contact support link and submit my issue. I have done this 3 different times in the past week and all 3 times on the gamesalad website it confirms that my submission has been sent but I have not gotten a confirmation email for any of the 3 nor have they been responded to. What is going on here???

    I had one support request ignored recently. I worked it out myself but was surprised that their was no reply except the auto response.
