Which Screen Recorder should I use?

I have been using QuickTime Player to record the gameplay of my games. It's free, but it doesn't record audio and it's sometimes laggy for me.

I've been looking for Camtasia 2 and ScreenFlow 3 (both $99). I've tried the demos for both but I don't find any big difference between them. I'd like to hear your opinions about them before I pay anything. So, which one do you think is the best or do you think some other program is better?

Edit: I don't need the editors Camtasia and ScreenFlow have. I can use another program to edit.

    Hmm... just tried the Screenflick demo. I had delay with audio while recording.

    Edit: Exported movie didn't have any audio delay.

    There are a lot of great screen recorders, but honestly, I just use Quicktime on my mac. Nothing fancy, but its free and works well. Just my two cents...

    I use Quicktime as well, and then I also use Audio Hijack Pro to record the audio that plays through my mac. The free version gives you 10 minutes of audio recording which is plenty. Then I just put it together in Final Cut Pro. You can save yourself 20-50 bucks, and do it for free with just a little effort on your part.

    Thanks for your answers and suggestions. I made a performance test between ScreenFlow, Camtasia and ScreenFlick demos. ScreenFlick was the best.

    hypercam 2 is really fast. reflection is good too. records in hi-res and speed is good too

    Screen recorder tool - good and free.
