Everything set up correctly but still get this result

iTunes Connect Name: App Name
App Name when Installed: Output10
You can change the app name in iTunes Connect, or in your app (from Xcode), or both. When changing the name, be sure to update the marketing text, screen shots and app content also. "

Which file should be submit for Mac ?
BTW: there is a button "Download unsigned app " right in web publish for Mac anyone knows what's that "unsigned app" what can I do with this unsigned file??
