GameSalad refuses to run on my PC

I downloaded GameSalad and all the components I needed to install it, but every time I attempt to run it, it states that there's a problem and keeps asking me to send an error report to Microsoft. Obviously I have a couple of times but that's not going to fix the problem so how will I be able to get it running on my computer?

    Do you have internet explorer 9? That fixed the problem for me

    Vista and I use Google Chrome, do I need to clear space on my computer or cookies or what? Tryna get my foot in the door over here and my PC has issues =/

    Okay I'll try that I'm wondering why you have to use that particular browser though

    because it's a requirement :)

    gamesalad using some backend scripting that needs IE9 installed to work.

    I apparently don't have Vista only XP so how must I get it to work? It wont install Internet Explorer 9 on Windows XP

    right now gamesalad will not run on xp, it's not supported. there is a chance it will in the future, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

    time to upgrade! :)

    I guess so, I'm pretty sure my laptop has Vista. I thought this was a program you can run outside of the internet looks like I'll have to try again later.
