My latest app is on the store, it's a tracing app for kids. This one was actually a request from one of my wife's friends, and wasn't too hard to create. My daughter likes to play with it, and I'm pretty happy with how it looks :)

Like the look Jon. Simple, but engaging. Working on a tracing game myself, so I'll be sure to check it out!
    Good luck with sales.

I just got an email this morning from iheartthisapp.com, they found my app this morning and added it to their directory. If you have a moment, can you click the link below and click on the little red button with a heart on it? That will put me in the running for app of the week :)

If you use Facebook and can toss some likes on it, I would appreciate it :)

I also got word it's available for the kindle fire and other android devices via the amazon App Store starting today. Nook should be ready later in the week.

I could have used this in second grade. I failed handwriting. Great idea.

Thanks guys, this one actually came together pretty quick, I had the full functionality put together in 3 days. Then it was all design. I redesigned the app 3 times before it's current example.

I've gotten some good reviews and emails on it, people really like it.

The presentation is really nice. How did you get the drawing mechanic so smooth without slowing down the device processor? I'm guessing you're not spawning a tiny image every 0 seconds while touch is pressed?

    Really clever.. nice one..

@honeytribestudios, it's based on ORBZ's drawing demo from awhile back. I looked at the code and tweaked it to fit my project. It ran like butter on the iPad and Kindle during testing :)

@ozboybrian, @kolabo, @technoir, thanks guys, i appreciate the praise. it was a fast development time, but it was a ton of work.

@jonmulcahy how did you get the loading image to be your custom image? The one I see in the video.

When you click a button I move a loading image onscreen, then .1 sec later change scene. It makes it more obvious when changing scenes.

Yea, imade that back in early 2009 using phonegap. I've remade it with GS, but apple won't let me update it.

Wow very freaking cool. This was actually the very first type of app ever tried to make with GS. Way to complicated for my first app though so it got abandoned. I the hearted app for you too.

    Good Work!!!
