I create achievements for time.If ball is greater than 3min and less than 5min, you will receive one achievement. But how to start first. Does the game need to create achievement scene. I want to know that.Please briefly. I am beginner about game salad. So, how to do first.

You'll need a Pro account for Game Center Achievements, mate. There is a tutorial in the Cookbook that you could look into. Not that hard to set up.

I connected with iTunes connect using Pro account. I also created leaderboard and achievements too. But, I don't know how to write in rules.
