Tile Graphics never work for me

No matter what i do, i cannot get the graphics to tile. I can create a 64px x 64px solid square in Illustrator. Bring it in GS, Set it to Tile in both directions, set the tile width and height. When i resize it in the scene, i always get a 1px blank line in between the tiles. Am i missing a setting somewhere, or the graphics have to be a certain DPI, or do i export the png file differently? I tried everything i know. I get the blank line in the creator and the viewer. I look at other peoples work, and see how they have it setup and mine is identical to theirs.

    the problem has been around since many versions back. hope it does get fixed.

    If it's a mobile game try to publish an adhoc. In some cases the published builds don't show the line between tiles.

    If it's a Mac game then you're out of luck since the lines are showing also in the final published build.
